Update by user Jun 08, 2021 Just received a response from Designer 2Recliner on 6/7/2021....I took out an extended warranty through Montage Furniture....So Designer2 is not standing behind their shabby workmanship.....Montage made a cash offer , that was extremely a joke ...Said Designer2 replacement was 6 months behind , which Designer2 verified it ....Consumers beware Designer2Recliners do not stand behind their products Original review posted by user Apr 29, 2021 Received 2 brand new #1643 Power Recliners in February 2020....They are now unraveling at the seams on the cushions ....I cant believe this ....Extremely upset ....These were not cheap at all .... User's recommendation: Rethink your purchase of buying anything from them ...Unless they are going to stand behind their product ....
