I ordered the trial face and eye cream. I was suppose to have 21 days to try it and cancel future orders if I didn't like it. After 14 days I called to cancel but they already sent the products 7/29/15) and charged my account 159.82 74.92 for the eye cream and 84.90 for the face cream)....

Sellers don't understand English...
One afternoon I turned to the small maxim in the backyard to buy those thin raincoats. I didn't walk around the whole store, but I decided to seek help from one of the three sellers next door. I ask if you have disposable coats, to which I answered "shto eto takoja". Since I learned German and English during school, I can't boast of my knowledge of foreign and I don't know how to say raincoats in foreign. Then the seller asked the second and third sellers "shto eta raincoats" both do not understand both and then the seller I addressed answered "if I do not take shta eta raincoats". Well, that's how I stood there like a stupid American.These there laughed at my lack of foreign language and left. How can such people be hired in general. Sincerely, Charlotte.
