Credit card balance

Wasn’t able to speak to a representative at Dental First. According to Aspen Dental they refunded my credit card 1,000.00 for work not performed but I guess because I paid the card in full there isn’t anything that can be done about the 1,000.00 owed to me !!

I supposedly owe a lot of money. So they say.

I paid my debt off in full with the “convenience/transaction fee”. 3 months later I find out I owe over $350 because of a $4 “fee” that I received after my payoff.
