I supposedly owe a lot of money. So they say.

I paid my debt off in full with the "convenience/transaction fee". 3 months later I find out I owe over $350 because of a $4 "fee" that I received after my payoff. I called customer service and explained the situation. They said I could pay $11 for the fees and the rest would be waived. 1 month later my account goes to collections and says I owe $389. I call the company and they say I have a zero balance. This has negatively affected my credit score.Don't use the User's recommendation: Don't use them.
