The attitude towards the customer

The attitude from the staff is terrible! If you have arrived in your car and want to get out of the area at night, then a terrible "bust" guard will start barking at you like a dog, even though there are children in the car. Although I do not understand it, I am forbidden to drive away faster or how? I suggest you change this person, because it will not attract customers!
