Trying to pay a bill over the phone, no way of getting ahold of them, it gives me the idea, i may have been paying for over a year thinking it is legit and just wasting my money

No way of getting in touch with the company, I have been on the phone almost an hour just holding and being transferred back and forth. Don’t think I will pay this due payment, they must not want it.

Completely frustrated

We constantly have issues with submitting claims to Delta. Months will go by and we do not receive payments or correspondence. When you call you get information on status, you’re on hold for 1 hour. User’s recommendation: do not recommend.

Go elsewhere!

I’m very disgusted with Delta Dental. When I signed up, I was told crowns were covered at 50 percent. They neglected to tell me, that wasn’t until the second year of coverage.
