Can not get tech support for a simple question

Bought 3 Della mini split air units. And cant get tech support. Just have a simple question. Do I need to return them. How do I contact them???? Need e mail or phone number. Two days trying.

Heater stopped working

Broken- bought a Della 20” Stove Fireplace Heater and the legs are broken as I cannot put them on the base. I would like 4 plastic legs to replace the ones that came with the unit.

Read above for details about the 4 broken plastic legs. I would like a replacement for them to fit on the base of the fireplace heater.

I installed the precharged 18k mini split. The unit will not turn on.

The power at the breaker box, outside unit, and inside unit are correct, but it will not start. Please call me at (704)500-****. User’s recommendation: Since I have installed two others in my home that work great, I would recommend them if this one is fixed.
