Damaged Jacket
Toll Guess a leather jacket at the dry cleaner's acceptance point at the Mole, got it torn and scratched. It looked like it would be rubbed with a wire brush! The jacket is no longer wearable. Seeing my shock and outrage, the attitude of the employee was simply contemptuous, ridiculous and humiliating. Said you signed the receipt, whatever you want. When I started photographing the jacket, I was told that I could fox both forward and back, just as I would prove that she wasn't like that before the transfer. I said that I had pictures before the so-called "dry cleaning", then calmed down a bit and started telling me that a colleague who admitted guilty because he did not look properly and explained the possible damage to me. When I wrote the claim, I received the answer that they count as hidden defects and the maximum I can get is 27. 00 eur, which I paid for this "service". Attitude super! No sense of responsibility. Take a bend for this company, as it is likely that after receiving the "service", it will be discarded.
