Never received payment

We sent our Iphone to Decluttr in the box that was mailed to us and never received our payment.We sent an email and never heard anything back.

Didn’t send money. Won’t return my phone.

They quote you a trade-in value up to twice as much as others to get your business AND bank acct information. Once they receive the item, “Inspect It” and promise your payment within 24 hrs. Update by user May 02, 2020 Luckily I initially paid with PayPal. I opened up a case for the phone through PayPal to get my money refunded.
