Terrible treatment of employees
Dace Zīriņa, the manager of the Bambino attraction, employs many minors as part of her summer work. But Dace Zīriņa and her husband's treatment of employees is simply terribly poor and lowly. Pupils are regularly rude, employed outside the working hours specified in the contract, even in the late evening hours, no matter how young the young person will be at home, they are also employed in a new private house, which of course is not stipulated in the contract. Whoever opposes or tries to involve parents in resolving the situation is again reprimanded or even threatened with physical retaliation .Also, work safety instruction is conducted only "after a tick ", after working for half a month.
