Front desk was rude when asked for more towels and wash clothes..only 2 towels and 1 wash clothes..only exchange them can’t get any more. The electric plugs didn’t work. Had power strip plugged in run everything. The popcorn ceiling was falling down in the shower. Bathroom door broken. Spiders in tub and in corner of main room....

I have a complaint about the surgery department at Launceston Regional Hospital. 2 weeks ago, one girl underwent appendicitis, she tied her arms, legs, and did not give any medicine to soothe the cutting site during the operation, something in the back of the medicine and everything. the girl's legs felt but it hurt her that she even started crying.
