Reality Today

Hello! I am facing a very real situation, but at the same time unacceptable to me! We have been customers of viasat for 5 years, today we encountered what a decoder hung up on us on a nice day. When contacting the service center, we received information that it was necessary to take the decoder for repairs, which they undertook to do themselves with the help of a courier. Will come, take, prepare and bring back... but... five days, in these times we are without TV, quite simply... shock though, and even huge. They do not offer us any alternatives, because unfortunately they do not offer the same services as the customer, even with some other decoder, while the decoder is being repaired in Brisbane. Strange! Although it is quite real! In order not to be without TV, we borrowed a decoder from neighbors who have currently given up viasat services and within ten minutes when we contacted the service center we activated a neighbor's decoder, wonderfully... but to reduce our customer's unpleasant emotions, viasat itself does not provide such a service. Sadly, but the fact and as a result we have nevertheless agreed to stop this service and use another operator... We do not accept the fact that in these times, when people have chosen the right TV service provider, there is a problem, they have to be without TV, because it is no longer possible to see any TV channel without a decoder, which was possible last year. However, I hope that VIASAT will change this system for the benefit of its customers! Thanks!
