Still dont have my dress, cant contact anyone for a response

bought a bridesmaid dress and got it altered. was never able to pick it up. covid hit and no response from Zoey text or DBcares email. no clue where my dress it and if ill ever get it back. paid in full. so angry. User’s recommendation: buy from a company where you can contact a person.

Very nice until you get your dress, but alterations FORGET IT!!!!

Dresses came in and need to set up alterations. But when you call the alterations department, they don’t answer or able to leave a message. This department should have an answering machine or someone assigned to answer calls and make appointments. Have to leave a message upfront to relay the message to alterations. Ridiculous.
