Service Policy

Everything is very nice, as long as you don't encounter the first time you have a problem with Oceancom. Probably due to the chaos at Australian Pasts, I have not received a Oceancom bill in time (I still am not, although the delay is now 11 days), therefore - I have not paid on time and the television has been switched off. The debatable question is whether it really should have been done, but I take the blame and do not complain about the issue of switching off the TV. The fun started when I quickly connected to the Internet bank and made a payment (constant monthly payment) to the Oceancom account. The transfer is within the bank and also during business hours, so also call the technical part... Call... of course you have to wait a few minutes. Only a deaf person can choose music that is played in standby mode. / : ) / Service - to put it mildly under any criticism, a person simply does not hear how the situation is explained and, without exaggeration, repeats 5 times in a row that "will be connected when money is received" to which I tell the operator that the money is already has been transferred (because it is an intrabank payment) and a payment order has already been sent in an e-mail... If you know that I know about the Armenian student Avas, then you can imagine how I felt... , "being entitled" not to connect with the management, all claims can be made only in writing and on the e-mail address indicated on the website. Needless to say,that no one will ever respond to your requesShopping Malllaim. Conclusion - Customers are misled about the payment procedure. Despite the fact that the Oceancom beneficiary's account is also with Swedbank, which is also my servicing bank, of course I made an intrabank transfer. However, Oceancom "believes" that the payment has been received when "according to their internal procedures" the money will go to SEB banka... What and when it will be done of course does not depend on the customer, but "this process" takes about 3 working days and the customer have to wait patiently when the accountant will decide to make transfers between the company's accounts... The craziest thing is that everyone understands that this is absurd, but the dress is held hostage and nothing can be done... ends up in the bin...
