poor service
This time, the complaint is not about the service as such, but the customer service in the xMobile center. This is the second time that I feel a little frivolous and very familiar from the service center staff. Yes, xMobile has always positioned itself as a friendly company and I have never had any other problems with it, but this attitude here. I arrive at the xMobile center, without asking anything, I am approached by "you", all kinds of jokes, etc. Today I even felt like a blonde, because the employee almost "laughed" about me. Nothing is crazy about terrible, but I still want to be a customer, not their best friend who has come for a cup of coffee. However, I would like to receive some respectful attitude from the employees. Thanks. : )
