Poor service
On January 9, 2021 I placed an order in the online store www.zoocentrs.org and still did not receive my paid order until January 18, 2021. I called the store several times and they didn't answer. They do not reply to emails. Nothing is reported about the delivery time. My order has still not been delivered. More than a week passed, they promised to settle but nothing. Said the warehouse did not ship. I did not expect an apology or a solution from them. I do not recommend buying anything from this store.
