Not showing some channels

Problem not solved. No one attend properly. Poor service. Not at all customer friendly. There should be some easy and promt solution. If there is no one to attend customers in their problem, customer care service becomes farce.

Compaint about the activation of channel even if i say no call

Sir i got call from d2h office. They’re asking me about to activate the channel. I say no three times. Then after finishing the call i got the msg that your request has been preceded. Sir how can someone active the channel without our permission and I say no for activation. Please solve this problem.

Sir, I”m Manuel george, My ID is 15630****. I recharged my account on 17/04/2021 for a month as i do every month But just after fifteen days i got recharge reminder that i should recharge on 04/05/2021. Please let me know my package.
