Poor Products Poor Customer Service

Bought new Frigidaire coffee maker. Did not work out of box, Upon calling them, they won’t even speak to you or process a return unless you furnish extensive pictures of the unit plus detailed information about the defect. For a brand new item….. User’s recommendation: Avoid any item Curtis International sells.
