I was promised a refund within 5 working days. 7 weeks have now passed !!! When will these people get a grip and publish telephone numbers so we can talk to a real human being. Customer service is severely lacking User’s recommendation: Caution.
Fridge is faulty tried ringing but was kept waiting for over an hour ..fridge is freezing up at back User’s recommendation: Wouldn’t recommend at all.
I paid £45 for a delivery slot from 11 – 3pm and took time off work. The delivery didn’t show up until about 4.30. If i’d known i wouldn’t have paid for tat time slot and I wouldn’t have had to take leave. User’s recommendation: Think twice before paying for a specific time slot.
