Hi , I went into the store today to purchase some beats headphones for a gift .I waited for about 10 mins , no staff around apart from help desk . Other customers left the store as they probably got fed up waiting . Eventually 3 staff members appeared on shop floor , took a selfie then disappeared ! One of these members of staff had a badge to say he was a manager .There was a man also waiting and he approached help desk to ask for the General Manager ,this is when the person who was involved with selfie appeared .The Man said that he would like to complain about service and that so would I . The manager then went onto call this customer a trouble maker and that Curry's didn't need his custom .I said it's not professional behaviour to take selfies and the response was it was none of my business . The man waited to see the General Manager but I left after being told the item I wanted was not in stock I was so shocked and upset by the behaviour of the staff ,so unprofessional and uncaring .
