Poor service
We negotiated delivery with the courier from 3 to 5 p. m. The courier did not arrive, but allegedly tried to deliver the consignment. He had a phone at home all day and the courier, he didn't call 12, 3 or 5. 4 we tried to call the courier and he didn't pick up the phone. We didn't expect the shipment either, why did you have to talk to the courier when it would arrive? Why didn't I pick up the phone or call? What kind of service and customer orientation are we talking about? This is one of the poor delivery services. Finally we decided to write a messenger and got info: the machine broke up to pick up the shipment themselves (or wait 2 for a date). The courier did not call or shout about how he would not leave. We were waiting for him and we couldn't leave home to receive their shipment, but they didn't even call. The worst part is how should I pick up the shipment for my own money and spend my time again, what's the joke? Does it work for our post office, who was paid for door-to-door delivery? Is there only 1 machine for courier? All I see here is poor service and disrespect for customers.
