At request of company, I sent damaged laundry card to them.they are refusing refund of 11$and send me a new card.Condo association refusing refund. User’s recommendation: Get everything in writing.

Terrible maintenance and support

CSV ServiceWorks installs equipment, maintains (is supposed to), and collects revenue from laundries. Except their service is pathetic. Rarely will all of their equipment work properly, many times it can be more than half of what should be available is broken. They still will collect funds even though your customer will not get what they paid for.... Read more➤
