CSC is a bad company

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. CSC served two of our buildings and our laundry machines were repeatedly out of service, sometimes for months. I have not received the refund promised on 6-27-20.

This companys washing machines overcharged us $4.00 in June, 2020. I submitted for a refund using their online system. Their automated system has said that a refund is on the way, but we have not received it. User’s recommendation: Do not use this company’s washing machines.
