What people work in service is a horror. The mother asked to take her leather jacket to a dry cleaner to clean it. Since they have a 20% discount for pensioners on Mondays, I also went with my jacket and pensioner's certificate. I came to hand over, a woman who served, saying that she would not accept the jacket and that I did not have the right to take my mother's retirement card to call the police. I was shocked by the attitude of the person and the tone of the conversation with the client.
