Very unhappy camper!

Wasted 6 months of my time and never closed on a house yet! You get told lie after lie as if it’s all a game.

Unpaid hazard insurance premium

Crosscountry Mortgage has failed to pay my homeowners insurance premium and the insurer will cancel the policy if the premium is not paid by 12:01 am 04/14/2021. I have called twice and have gotten an answering service both times. This is an absolutely appalling example of customer service. User’s recommendation: Be Very Careful with this Company.
