This procedure took more than 2 hours - also for people with a baby in their hands [the maximum time indicated on your web page - 1 hour. : ) ]! Probably something is wrong with the work processes of the already given state institutions, because 1 person did the work for a long time. It should also be noted that the premises are unsuitable - the premises are narrow and cumbersome, the number of seats is ridiculously small, when visiting a given institution you have to observe chaos, not always kind service. Sorry about that.
