To close this account and never use again

Still getting the runaround and not able to close out account tried four times this morning, keep getting information from customer service that doesnt work when trying to close out account

They owe me money the Team Leader Nina said, “if I didn’t already pay it they could have waved it”. I told her “mail me a check”.

I closed this account a year ago on March 19, 2020, and paid $3.48 the closed account fee and the $30.00 APR. A year later March 23, 2021, they are billing me $30 APR fee.
