Hello, I am writing to you in the hope that this will be published, because the event was really unpleasant. Before the May 4 holidays, my girlfriend and I went to the Mols supermarket to have some food. Of course, after a little shopping and also considering that it was already around 21:00, we decided not to go anywhere but to have dinner at Mola My's pizza. Unfortunately, this was not a good choice. The menu has to wait about 10 minutes. When ordering pizza, there were none of my 4 choices. Time should have gone away then, but hunger forced me to stay put. :) Food brought in after 40 minutes. Of course,when you receive the long-awaited - negativity disappears. However, it was not long, because just starting my meal, my girlfriend, who is in her 4th month of pregnancy, has a wooden painting on her head, which was on a shelf 1 - 1.5 meters above her head. Next to this object, which resembled a painting carved from a wooden board, there were also poems of impressive thickness and a wooden horse of impressive size! I was in capital shock for a while and of course the only thing that worried me was the health of my fellow human beings. Thank goodness or someone else, but the only thing that was - very unpleasant scared and a little punch. Of course, I made a small brawl, after which I was kindly offered to pay this dinner. It didn't seem like a compensation to me at all, because I don't think that having enough heavy decorations on a person's head is a norm that my poor hungry citizen should be happy to have dinner with halva! We successfully drafted an act with the administrators about what happened. I apologized with the remark that this is the first time that the subtext was felt, that we have thrown our sons on our heads! I was also promised to be contacted by the company's management, but they allegedly could not call me because the phone had been switched off (let's say it was, but sms usually came) and I had left my email. Without waiting for a call, I took the initiative and called myself wherever I received the answer that by giving up the paid dinner, we have canceled our obligations, because they cannot and will not offer any other compensation! The most stupid thing is that the beginning shouted for compensation and only then imagined an apology. I only received my apology the next day, when the representative had managed to speak to the management again! I am not from people who especially complain about some small but unpleasant incidents, as well as I did not want to squeeze either 100 or 1000 USD, but this time I want to invite people to really submit applications and complain about such incidents, because otherwise we tolerate poor service, which led us all into a kind of shit pit. Because for many attitude is indifferent: fell on his head - a pariah for free! I'm even afraid to imagine if this wooden block had fallen, for example, with a corner in front or hit a child! The attitude of the My pizza management is indifferent, because 1 event means nothing , because in United States you can do everything, no one can and does nothing! I have probably decided to make a living for them, so think about my customer service! Thank you for your attention!
