chairs broke

2017 12 29 I odered 3 pcs Chair Polo gray from 2020 02 16. I took these chairs from Mebele Outlet Emerald shop. One chair is perfect, one chair I can't assemble, because the holes driled not right. And another chair I can't assemble, because it is two the same parts. I called several times, they say: you have to wait another month, please call next week, please send us an email with reclamation. I sent an email with this information to [hide] @mebeluoutlet.org March 21, 2020. July 13, 2020 I still have not received good quality chairs. No answer at all!
