Poor service

8 months ago I bought a hydraulic pedicure chair that cost € 400. I have used it very little, so the term "depreciation" will be out of place here. In any case, the chair began to make such ticking sounds. At first I didn't understand what was at fault until I realized that the sounds were getting more frequent and louder. At the end, I noticed that during the procedure, the chair itself had fallen firmly lower than it was raised, ie the height of the chair had decreased during the procedure. As well as its sound was unbearable for both me and my patients. I called the store and answered me a man who was kind, but when he understood the situation, replied that I no longer have a guarantee that the warranty period is six months. However, the warranty period for each product is two years. Okay, I didn't want to argue, and he offered that I could take the hydraulic part of the chair to the store, and that in daylight they would look and prepare if the fault was a lack of oil. And you can drive when you want and everything will be done. Well, after 3 days in the evening there was an opportunity to take him away (I am located 100km from Riga) and I realized that their masters would gather the next morning and definitely call right away. I would add that when I entered the store, the attitude of the woman sitting at the reception desk was completely disgusting. Of course, when she realized that I had agreed to pay € 15 for the service, the attitude changed dramatically. I had talked that others I knewpeople will gather him the next day so they don't have to drive on their own. The next day after 11:00 I called them to warn that I would definitely need him by the afternoon of that day, I received the answer that the chair had just been taken to the masters. And I talked to the same guy that he would call me back when there was some clarity as to whether the problem was the same as it was, and if there was only oil, or if there was a deeper problem. After At 13:00 he calls me back and says that the master has looked, added oil, but I will not get a chair today, because then I have to check whether the problem is fixed and can be done by keeping the chair under pressure, how much he can withstand and does not lower down again. To which, of course, I replied that I could not wait, because I have taken due this holiday and I need patients to sit on the same chair tomorrow morning! And if what,I can pick it up myself in the evening to get more time. He replied to me that he would try to speed up the masters and call back. Arrived at At 14:30, of course, without receiving a message, I called myself, because the people I talked to would soon come to them in a chair, but they don't understand whether they will get it or not. The other staff answered the call and said that the guy had taken a drop break. Okay, by 16:00 the guy wasn't back yet. The people I talked to went to their store to ask what was going on in the chair?! After waiting for the guy to return to work, calling the masters we get the answer that, of course, nothing has been fixed for the chair! But I can't wait until the next day (now you can't know how long this repair would have lasted), because they drove back to their service and got back the exact same chair I brought, nothing was done at all!So all my efforts were completely unnecessary. My € 15 will also be sent back to your account. Of course, they would have forgotten about it if they hadn't been asked about the money I paid for giving it back. But it has not been said that I will actually get him back. In any case, I am very angry both about the lie that "the chair is almost ready" and about the promises - "you will bring it in the morning and you will be able to receive it in the evening". In the end, there is an excuse for not having enough masters. If you offer such a service, then provide the employees! If I didn't need a chair every day, I would definitely send him for an examination, because this loss of height is not the only fault to which eyes should be paid. Poor service! Poor quality! No attitude!
