too many calls to tell about but on second to last call after waiting 1 hour 10min and promise to refund $30 three months charge for wrongly charging… the last person I spoke to said no.. we dropped all but internet with them. the company has Has no integrity. User’s recommendation: run.
I have been getting 5-6 spam emails, every night, for the past 8-10 months. They almost always have the same subject lines “Renewal by Anderson”, “Home Warranty”, “Lumiguard”, “Walk-in Safety Tub”, etc. and the content is either blank, or just random characters. I have tried the COX web-tools and set up filters to send those subject items...
