Slow, unkind service
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service at the BaloZhu Street 28 branch. Pl. At 8:00, when a queue of about 10 people has already formed outside, only one waitress starts working. The other walks around, talking on the phone. When you start serving, the attitude is harsh, unkind. I am pregnant, waited in line for 40 minutes, it was not clear how the separate position for pregnant women and children really works. I don't know why the cabinet door is always open, denying any privacy. This was the 3rd time in this branch, and the attitude of this one "open door" employee remains the same.
