This so-called telephone warranty service is not a warranty, but an anti-warranty service... Their main task is to find a reason to refuse the warranty. don't care what the phone problem is. As an employee of this company replied to me - if your phone has ever been dropped, whether it is in the slightest damage or not, they will automatically drop it back... It feels like they have employees who specialize in warranty disclaimers. I didn't break the phone during any fall, he just suddenly hung up and didn't turn on completely - I took him to the service. They don't even try to find out, the only thing they're trying to find is the reason for the disclaimer - in my case, it was a small print on the body,The flap is noticeable and that's enough for them... There is a feeling that their company policy is - take it out of the box and with it the warranty ends... I think that these "specialists" 90% of phones that have been used for years will be able to find warranties refusal... Scammers... If you need to choose a service - I highly recommend looking for someone else...
