Extremely low service culture
I called Viasat today to withdraw from the contract. I have been a customer of Viasat for 4 years, I never delay payments, I never file complaints and I do not burden this company in any way. You needed to hear me talk to the guy who answered the call. As if I owe him something... insanely unpleasant conversation, insanely unpleasant aftertaste... I was most humiliated by the offer of 3. 50 to subscribe to their services below and repeated a rough question- do you have big money at 3. 50? Yes, maybe for me it is a lot of money, what right to ask such questions! If you want to ask customers about the reasons why they are terminating the contract, send me a questionnaire, I will answer, but I do not have to answer, where will I go next and whether 3. 50 I have a lot of money... Potential customers, think before you sign a contract with Viasat!
