Try to rip me off

I had been having trouble with the system working right. They came out a few times. On the last time the guy fixed something and left. The next day I went to my garage and the door sensor was saying its not ready to arm. Called them back and they said it must be a bad sensor... Read more➤

Feel scammed

I signed up with them (Smart4u) or counterforce or chubs they keep changing the billing information and had to sell the house after 1.5 years. They still draw the money from my account for 6 month. I kept emailing them and asking to stop. My new condo had alarm system so was no use for them any... Read more➤

Sheer frustration

5 weeks since the smoke alarm failed. Many phone calls and promises to get a local contractor to replace it, at customer cost unless contract extended for four years, still waiting for a call with an appointment to fix it. Ready to switch provider.
