Why has my order not been shipped yet. Order # CA10002**** ordered on June 29th. I have contacted FedEx, they tell me that my shipment has been labeled but is still with shipper, WHY has Order not been shipped. Please advise asap

Can’t get them on the phone no matter what number you call

Patio set love seat came with 2 left arms after paying for it and assembling last piece to realize oh boy 2 left arms and no right arm now I have my patio in my living room on the floor-instead of where it should be on my PATIO.

Using 4 screws to attach seat to chair They responded to my email and indicated I would screws shipped by them with a week to ten days I will advise of final resolution

Costway has contacted me and indicated they are shipping missing screws to me. I will further advise you once have received correct screws Thanks d User’s recommendation: Contact Costway by email as their phone system is too busy.

Slow shipping – 7 days to ship rather than 2 days indicated in order

No phone contact at Costway; email only. After a few days of complaint about item not being shipped, Costway responded via email indicating item would be shipped and indicated delivery date (4 days after the email). Item received on date indicated. All good now.
