I went to Cost Cutters on a Saturday afternoon. Expected to wait. There were only 2 stylists in the salon. 1 family of 4, all getting hair cuts. Waited over 45 mins and not once did they acknowledge me. Don't know why I waited so long. Listen to the employees put down the other salon down the...

I have retained a ‘Cost Cutters’ card that was given to me by a salon some time ago. The card is for every time you buy product, show the card and get great deals along the way to $10 off product. I’ve kept the card and used it along the way. It has been stamped and initialed...

In the Spencer Iowa Cost Cutters you fired my hair stylist Kelly Vaudt Reese. Kelly is the BEST hair stylist anyone could be blessed to employ. Kelly is amazing, sweet, hard working, always has a smile on her face. Kelly goes above and beyond to make the customers happy! It is absolutely horrible that a business like...

Poor service
Some time ago I wanted to buy a sled for a child, but at that time I did not have the funds and just wanted to know how much it would cost me, then I wrote to the e-mail how much the delivery will cost, because the website did not have any information about how much the delivery of the sled will cost and there was also no written weight of the sled. While waiting for the email I found out how much it would cost. Now a couple of days ago I had collected money so that the child could buy a Christmas present, then I took and ordered my sledge from minikid.info. According to the information provided on the website, four colors were available, I chose green, I placed an order and then I had to wait for a call. I waited for the call, but at that moment I couldn't pick up the phone, so I called them back myself and then it started...there was a girl sitting on the phone who didn't understand what it was all about, then she handed the phone to another woman who had an abnormal foreign accent that it was almost impossible to understand what she wanted from me... But with that, this story still does not end: Next she asked me what color I want a sled and as I indicated in the order I said I want green, she immediately stopped me and says, "We only have black and blue!" I paused for a while, because there was no information in the online store that it was not available in green, or that it is not in stock at the moment... I thought a little and said, "Okay, then let's go black!" And then it all went on: D She asked me if I would pick up the product myself or if I needed delivery, of course I said right away, that she would need delivery and then she offered me DPD courier services for USD 7.50 (in an email from minikid.info the price was written for USD 6.50 for unknown reasons), I said that I would like to receive a shipment with "Americas pasta" because it is cheaper. She immediately told me that no it would not, because "Americas pasts" does not accept such large orders! I was very confused, because I read on the postal website that I take out orders of up to 700 kg, but the sledges I ordered weighed less than 10 kg... In the end, I simply refused these orders due to dissatisfaction and advised others to avoid this online store. Something out there isn't real.
