Terrible treatment of the client by the administration
I would like to emphasize that the complaint does not concern the work of the masters, because it is always of high quality and their attitude is very welcoming. I do not understand how the administration can treat a client in a poor neighborhood where every client should be fought for. There have been several cases in the past where I signed up for the procedure a day in advance and when I arrived I am informed that the particular record does not exist. This time I signed up with a certain master, so I found out in advance on which day she works, but when I came to the procedure, I was suddenly informed that I was signed up with another master and that today the specific master does not work at all. The administrator looked at me as if it were perfectly normal,that incorrect information about the working hours of masters is provided over the phone. All these cases are united by the fact that the administrator does not say any apologies. I understand that the administrator may make a mistake, but can still call the customer (the number was given) and explain that the customer will have to use the services of another master or sign up for another day. And most importantly, dear administration, learn the word 'excuse / excuse' once!
