Update by user Jul 03, 2019 no contact from control4. just shows once they have your money no one cares. If you call them they will tell you nothing except send you to another dealer to take your money. But, they will for sure take more of your money if you let them. expect no good results...

Can’t add music services without paying dealer to help “install”. There are lots of better options that allow consumers to add upgrades and services without the dealers hand going in your pocket!!
