I am outraged by the attitude of the i-store 110.shop. I ordered a cabinet 2 months ago, I received an e-mail that the cabinet will be delivered before Midsummer (in about a month). After Midsummer, I call and ask when I can receive my closet. 110.shop girl apologized that the closet had arrived, but 1 part was broken. I had to leave for 2 weeks at that time. therefore, I said that if the closet arrives sooner, then I will not be US and I will pick up the product later. It even takes 3.5 weeks - no one calls. Then I call again and ask when I can finally get my product. The girl promises to call back on the phone and of course no one calls for 2 days. I call again and I get confirmation that the closet is finally on Gertrudes Street. Once again, this time, all the details are really in place and I can pick up.At the end of the note from 110.shop, you will still receive an SMS confirmation. Of course after 2 days the sms did not come, I call again (either 5 or 6 times). I receive a confirmation and an indication of the working hours, where and when I can pick up the ordered product. I call 2 more times about the dimensions of the cabinet and of course I get answers to my questions after a long time. As I don't have a car that can put a closet, I rented a truck for money.I rented a cargo bus for money.I rented a cargo bus for money. Leaving the site standing in line for almost 40min. When it's my turn, the salesman tells me that your closet is not in stock yet, not a single part has arrived. It is already a mockery of people. Of course, the girl excused me for not receiving sms and therefore even guilty. What kind of sms are we talking about? if I confirm by phone 2x I can receive the closet on the same day. I will tell the seller the situation and ask if in this case I will receive free delivery if the closet finally arrives. The answer is a resounding NO! itself to blame for not receiving sms and driving. But even on the phone I got confirmation even 2x! The question of who will reimburse me for the loss of a rented car, which was not so cheap. I am disappointed in this company and I do not recommend others to cooperate with the online store 110.shop. You can already forgive the 2 month waiting period, but misleading customers and disrespecting my time and disinterest in this problem-never!
