Poor service, misleading information

Caution! Unscrupulous seller! Do not buy octa and other policies on the website "policy bank"! Situation: I decided to buy an octa for my wife's car. Looking at online offers on several online sites, the police bank offered a tempting price, in addition to the payment is further divided by months. Ok, input all the necessary information, got into the payment section, input bank passwords, codes, receive a message that everything is ok, wait for the next bill, etc. It happened on Nov. 26. It is December 17 and the wife is stopped by the traffic police and... 90USD penalty! Neesot octas... A call to the "policy bank" on the website indicated tel. No and 24/7... No one answers! Call me Dec 18 I asked what happened where the policy... If no payment has been received, so the policy is not active either. Well, the fact that the payment has not been received, I found out myself by checking in the Internet bank (only after the imposition of the penalty), but why it was not received, no one explained it to me, also why it was not reported. that the payment has not taken place for some reason (I add that the money account was available!). On the phone also shamelessly laugh again and said that basically the absence of a policy with the fact that no payment was received! (but the culprit himself)! But how did I know if I could clearly see a message on the screen stating that the policy had been paid and to wait for the next month's bill!? In addition, a phone call confirmed to me that they see that there has been an attempt to buy a policy, my personal details and contacts are visible, so why couldn't I somehow report that the transaction did not happen?! Really misleading information that led to a fine of 90USD! And, of course, I will also refuse to compensate for the losses I have suffered. So be careful, scammers don't sleep!
