Defective product was delivered, they advertise free delivery, and I was charged restocking fees and delivery fees. Beware seek all options before purchasing anything there. Customer service means nothing to Conns. User’s recommendation: Shop anywhere else where you are guaranteed good cutomer service.

My furniture started cracking after 2 year. When the furniture started cracking I contacted customer service. They informed me that my warranty had expired. They stated that they were not responsible after the time frame for the warrant. The warranty was only good for One year. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy fake leather furniture from Conn.
