Tried to order two Mattress. Only wanted one. But first didnt say it went through. So tired ordering another kind. Same thin. When call on my balance they both went through. Conns never told me the orders were placed. Pissed User’s recommendation: Don’t use web site. It sucks.
I have a broken Frigidaire dishwasher which I bought from Conn’s. It’s been broken going on 3 months now and they have replaced every part at least twice. They refuse to give us a new one and this one can’t be fixed. User’s recommendation: don’t waste your money on warranties from Conn’s they don’t honor them.
Purchased washer 1/24/19, delivered 2/2019, 1st payment 3/19 1st Service call 5/19, serviced the required 3 times before July, 2019. I had the pool warranty I had purchased extra insurance and this stupid washer flooded my house causing $60,000+ in Damage!! 6875**** Complaints later, washer still in house!
