Damaged UGG boots
I learned about a new service in the Clean Control dry cleaner - cleaning UGG boots, and take it there to clean my boots. When I handed over my boots, I was given a signing paper, that I was aware of how leather products can lose color, deform, etc. , and I was told not to survive, because there would be a problem, nothing bad would happen with the boots. A week later I came for the boots, when I saw what happened to them, even wanted to cry, because after cleaning they can no longer be pulled, they are damaged! The boots looked like they had been put in a washing machine and put on maximum temperature. Okay, about the fact that the skin can lose its color I know, but from where then appeared a blue tone if the boots above the boots were light brown!? Inside the boots almost no fur left, the boots lost their appearance completely, starting with the word boots can be thrown in the trash. The most offensive are how the boots can be worn for a couple of months and they are not some cheap boots that can be forgotten and discarded. I have written a claim in the meantime, I am waiting for an answer. I can't understand why they're offering a service that doesn't damage the product!
