They will send you to collection without notification

Avoid at all cost, I spent many thousands of dollars with them. Forgot to pay a silly bill of 300, they sent me to collection without notice. Horrible customer service, lots of sneaky hidden fees, impossible to cancel account

Their customer service is hard to get in touch with if you ever have a problem, 15+ minute wait times are normal.
