Refund on cancelled insurance policy

Switched to Geico. Cancellation letter was sent from me to Mapfre. This all happened on 04/05/18. Money is still being deducted from my checking till this day

Auto accident with property damage

Rather than pay for total loss, medical bills, and damage to property commerce decided to sue us. My son was driving my vehicle and was listed on policy. They claimed he was not.
