I had to return an item to Columbia. I was given the wrong instructions via email and was told to go to UPS. In fact I could only use Canada Post. It made it quite frustrating being given this incorrect information. User’s recommendation: Be sure you know where to return the product.
Hello! I’ve purchased the olive green lay D 550 down thermal jacket back in November. I’m very upset to find out that when it rained, my waterproof jacket’s pockets filled up with water and ruined my phone. How can we resolve this?
