It will soon be 30 days and I have never received my order. It’s ridiculous when u call and have a 100 minute wait.

My coat was shipped on December 5 th 2020 never received. Its ridiculous that so many people r not receiving their orders thats why u have to wait 100 minutes to speak to anyone. Columbia offers no resolution.

Yet another BUGABOOTOO with cracked rubber!

Original review updated by user Dec 31, 2020 A few years old, very little worn. Rubber cracked near my little toe. (Not the sole, the part above.) I won’t add a photo, there are already many on this site.. User’s recommendation: Don’y buy Columbia unless you plan to wear them out within the one year warranty.

Did not receive my coat.

Its ridiculous that Columbia cant use a better method for shipping. Soon to be a month and have not received my order. Not a happy customer User’s recommendation: Not.
