Mystical Debt

In one nice day I received a letter from creditreform with a debt to Latvenergo of 200 dollars. (Copier's letter from creditreform) I would like to understand how it is possible not to give any news for 3 years about the existence of such a debt and now demand payment within a week.? In September 2020, I left for England and the apartment where I was taken in my name, and of course also the electricity and gas, stayed alive my relatives. A contract was concluded with Latvenergo, when a fixed amount was paid each month, instead of the actual consumption offered by Latvenergo as a more advantageous option. And so this debt is what had formed on top of the amountwhat did you pay each month? At the end of June, I came to Europe, because my relatives wanted to move, and as much as everything is in my name, I had to arrange everything myself. On the day I terminated the agreement with Latvenergo, no one even mentioned the existence of such a debt to me. Then I went to England again. I did not receive any letters to Europe for the declared place of residence. Interesting. And what's even more fun, receiving a letter from you, of course, immediately contact Latvenergo with a question about what the debt is. The girl tried for several minutes to try to find an answer, and as I understand it, because she did not understand anything, she announced that the debt had developed for the last three months - without paying at all. When asked how I could terminate a contract with such a debt, the answer is - why not, you can terminate the contract any day! Well, rightly so, we don't say anything to the client and after 3 years we announce a beautiful round sum. So divide the 200 into three months. Sorry, which household costs almost 70 dollars per month for electricity? If the constant amount paid was about 40 dollars, which was determined by Latvenergo itself, taking into account the average consumption of the particular apartment, then the question of where the debt comes from - then does not answer. ts. I myself assume that it has formed on top of that monthly payment for about 10 months, but at that time Latvenergo offered to pay in this way, because it would ultimately be more profitable, and if it is more profitable in the end. For more electricity, the payment amount will be reviewed. Then again, why wasn't this amount changed in 10 months, when around $ 20 was actually spent more than a month? I know I'm not going to argue about the existence of debt, so big companies DRAW MORTALS. The objections are - why for 3 years nothing is reported, then one nice day comes a letter with a repayment period of a week, proven 7 dollars as a debt of recovery interest and how much I would split the payment, you understand how to add more money to the payment schedule, right?! Thank you Latvenergo! How many more customers do you allow to terminate the contract and issue a mystical bill after 3 years?! Malay, know how to make money!
