I purchased an extended service contract on my new generator. Now my generator is due for service and Colonial Generators is no where to be found. What now? User’s recommendation: There won’t be any future customers the closed shop and everyone with service contracts got ripped.

Colonial Generators have failed to deliver on one of the provisions of our contract namely; validating the 10 year extended warranty that was part of our contract. Fifteen months later, Generac HQ has not received documentation from Colonial to validate our warranty.
Company not returning phone calls or emails to honor a prepaid service maintenance contract for our standby generator. We have been trying for 3 months to resolve this matter with no results. They have our money & all we want is the service we prepaid for.
